Max Artemenko
Max began working in the payment systems industry in 2013. From the very beginning, his goal was to understand the industry and help small business owners find reliable payment solutions at competitive prices.
I started out selling payment systems as a field sales representative and quickly realized there were several problems in the industry.
The first was its poor reputation. Most people didn't even want to talk to me! I soon understood why.
Small businesses operate on tight margins, so every business owner's goal is to find good, reliable suppliers that offer competitive prices. Many people didn't understand how payment rates worked or what they were paying for. I saw sales reps promise low rates, only for business owners to be disappointed when they received their first statements.
The second problem was a lack of knowledge about available products. Many business owners simply took the first terminal or POS system they were offered without knowing what other solutions were available or what might work better for their business.
The third was customer service. I saw business owners spend hours on the phone with tech support when their POS equipment broke down at the worst possible time—losing both their peace of mind and their profits.
Over the years, I've realized just how important payment systems are to a successful business. My goal has always been—and remains—to provide reliable solutions and personal service so business owners don't have to deal with unnecessary headaches in this part of their operations.
While we have limited control over processing rates, my job is to work with trusted payment providers, select the right equipment and solutions, and make quick decisions that serve our clients' best interests.
We continue to study the industry and stay on top of its constant changes. We have the expertise to serve businesses across various industries, but our greatest strength is our level of service—and the fact that our clients continue to come back year after year.
