What We Sell New, and What We Keep Running
New: payment terminals with processing. Eligible wired and wireless payment terminals are available with Smart Payment Solutions payment processing at no upfront hardware cost. Approval and program terms apply. This is usually the fastest upgrade on a working kitchen: modern chip, tap and wallet payments without replacing the POS.
New: Oracle Simphony. This is the current Oracle platform SPS sells and implements, for sites ready to leave a local server. We migrate RES 3700 sites onto it. Request a quote — there is no published Simphony price.
Service, not new POS sales: existing MICROS hardware. Workstations, printers, kitchen displays, monitors and the rest of a live RES site — we keep those running. We do not sell a new RES 3700 as a complete POS.

Two Ways We Work with MICROS Sites
You are keeping what you have. Most MICROS venues are not looking to replace the POS — they need the system to keep working. We service existing workstations, printers and readers, connect new payment terminals with processing, and help when a configuration question turns into a dead end. See what that involves for RES 3700.
You are ready to move. RES 3700 is the old system. When the hardware is past sensible repair or the venue has outgrown a local server, we migrate you to Oracle Simphony. If Simphony is not the right fit, we price a different platform honestly, including what the move costs in staff time.
